Use this program to create and maintain information about different equipment modes for various manufacturers.
*. Model Number
Enter a model number or model code up to 15 characters long Press F2 to search existing codes. Upon initial entry, press F3 to view the first record on file. To view each subsequent record, press Enter (CR)). You cannot access this field while you are editing an existing code.
For example, if you repair HP Officejet Series 600 printers, you could enter HPOFFICEJETS600 as the model number.
2. Manufacturer
Select or enter a manufacturer code. Press F2 to search and select an existing code.
3. Description 1
Enter up to 30 characters in the first description line. In the HP example, you might enter "All-in-one color model."
4. Description 2
Enter up to 30 characters in the second description line. In the HP example, you might enter "Printer, fax, copier, scanner."
