Order Point Parameters Procedure Matrix

Use this procedure matrix to enter all Order Point Replenishment Parameter Maintenance information.

ASQ (average shipping quantity) Parameters

Select the Use ASQ checkbox to indicate Average shipping Quantity will be a factor used in Order Point calculation.
Select the Include Transfer in ASQ checkbox to indicate warehouse transfers should be included in the Average shipping Quantity.
In the ASQ maximum dollar increase field specify the total cost value of a ASQ average shipping quantity increase to order point, above which the ASQ will be ignored.
Select Save.
(Optional) You can specify additional replenishment parameters as needed.
Select Exit when you are done.

Five-Hi ASQ Parameters

Select the Use Five HI checkbox to indicate Five Hi will be a factor used in Order Point calculation.
Select the Include Transfer in 5Hi checkbox to indicate warehouse transfers should be included in the Order Point calculation.
In the 5-Hi maximum dollar increase field specify the total cost value of a 5-Hi average shipping quantity increase to order point, above which the 5-Hi ASQ will be ignored.
Select Save.
(Optional) You can specify additional replenishment parameters as needed.
Select Exit when you are done.

ASQ/Five HI Months

In the Months Used for ASQ/Five Hi fields specify the number of usage months for ASQ and Five HI calculations.
Select Save.
(Optional) You can specify additional replenishment parameters as needed.
Select Exit when you are done.

Threshold Minimum Order Point

Select the Apply a Threshold Minimum checkbox to indicate a threshold order point minimum is applied and the order point will not be allowed to fall below the minimum.
In the T-min Order Point field specify the value of the threshold order point minimum.
In the Expiration Date field specify the expiration date for the threshold minimum.
(Optional) In the Memo field specify the optional memo for the threshold order point minimum.
Select Save.

Select Exit when you are done.
