End-Of-Period Update program (JCU890)

The End-of-Period Update zeros out job month-to-date totals and closes out the current job cost period. The program adds the total cost and bill amount for the current period, updates the month-to-date totals in jobs file, changes the current period, and updates the job cost nonstatic control record date of last EOP update.

Use the following field to perform the Job Cost end-of-period update:

1.  End Of Period Reports Been Run

Enter Y or N to indicate whether all of the end-of-period reports have been run. This program resets month-to-date totals in the job file, so if reports have not been run enter N.
