Use this program to obtain a detailed report of the data included on each contract. Report information includes the contract number, customer, effective date, expiration date, last billed date, reference, department, salesperson, terms, post date, and billing total. Detailed information, including preventative maintenance and meters, is printed for each piece of equipment.
1. Order
Indicate whether you want to print the listing in Document or Customer order. Enter (CR) defaults to Document.
2. Beginning Order Choice
Enter the beginning order choice. Enter (CR) defaults to FIRST.
3. Ending Order Choice
Enter the ending order choice. Enter (CR) defaults to LAST.
4. Information
Indicate whether to include Equipment Parts, Labor, Preventative Maintenance, and/or Meter information. Enter (CR) defaults to NONE.
5. Expiration
Enter the expiration date cutoff. Enter (CR) defaults to NO CUTOFF.
