Use this program to obtain a list of service tickets per technician. Details include service ticket, customer, customer site, equipment, model, equipment description, status, assigned date, and assigned time.
1. Order
Indicate whether you want to print the report in Technician, Status or Service Item order. Enter (CR) defaults to Technician.
2. Beginning Order Choice
Enter the beginning order choice. Enter (CR) defaults to FIRST.
3. Ending
Enter the ending order choice. Enter (CR) defaults to LAST.
