Accounts Receivable

Feature: Cash Receipts—find customer by invoice number Details:  If a receivables check arrives with a company name that is not in the customer file, the user can simply enter an invoice number from the remittance in the customer field of Cash Receipts & Adjustment Entry. FACTS finds the correct customer account for the invoice and populate the customer field accordingly.   V-6.7

Feature: Check History Inquiry/Report Details:  The Check History view in AR Customer Inquiry advises FACTS users which invoices were paid by each check applied by AR Cash Receipts & Adjustment Entry. The user is able to sort the view by check number and date.  An optional report can be generated for one or all customers by date or check number.  V-7.2

Feature: AR Disputed Invoice Designation Details:  Accounts receivable is one the largest assets of any distributor. This enhancement empowers distributors to have instant visibility of invoices that are disputed by the customer.   Invoices designated as “under dispute” can be optionally excluded from the customer’s credit check balance and dunning letters.  Inquiries and reports that list invoices automatically denote which ones are under dispute.  V-7.3
