Designate the report output: XML, HTML, Excel, ASCII delimited, flat file, or another available output option. Choose any available field of data to be displayed or not. Change column header titles. Change which columns get totaled. Change the width of fields. Change XML tags on a field-by-field basis for each layout. Designate security on fields to prevent certain fields from printing for users who do
not have proper security. Save a layout as personal or as a System layout, and associate the layout with a Report Template. V-7.4
