Open Inquiry views in separate windows from the main Inquiry window. |

Take advantage of last-open memory, which remembers the last views used and their arrangement on screen (if opened in separate windows). |

Define favorite views so they are easy to access. |

Activate Smart Views so the system can track which views they use the most. Views with the most "hits" go to the top of the menu and the beginning of the View Bar. |

Use multiple sort orders, filters and keywords to find needed information quickly. The default sort orders for Item, Customer and Vendor are set to Alpha in all Inquiries and Searches. |

Sync with other programs in FACTS, particular order entry programs so they can see needed data while working in the order screen. |

Disable Views for basic Inquiry functionality. |

Restrict groups of users from seeing entire views or individual fields containing sensitive information (technical users only). |
