Use these fields to create employee file records.
1. Employee
Specify the employee code (up to 8 characters). In most cases, the employee’s first name, nickname or the first eight characters of the employee’s last name would be a good employee code. Press F2 to search.
2. Name
Specify the employee’s name (up to 25 characters).
3. Title
Specify the employee’s title (up to 25 characters).
4. Department
Specify the department in which the employee is located (up to 4 characters).
5. Location
Specify where the employee is located (up to 10 characters).
6. Work Phone
Specify the employee’s work phone number including area code, dashes and extension, if needed (up to 17 characters).
7. Home Phone
Specify the employee’s home phone number including area code and dashes and extension, if needed (up to 17 characters).
8. Address 1
Specify the employee’s address (up to 25 characters). If only one address line is needed, use the first.
9. Address 2
Specify the second line of the employee’s address if needed (up to 25 characters). If only two address lines are needed, use the first two.
10. Address 3
Specify the third line of the employee’s address if needed (up to 25 characters).
11. Memo
Specify the memo concerning the employee (up to 25 characters).
12. User Code
Specify the employee’s user code (up to 3 characters). This code must already be set up in SM User Code F/M (System Management>Security System>User Code F/M).
