Employee Listing (PRR710) Field Descriptions

Use these fields to print the Employee Listing.

1. Order

Select the order the report is to print.

2. Beginning Order Choice

Select the beginning order choice.

3. Ending Order Choice

Select the ending order choice.

4. Department

Specify the department to print. The entry must be a valid department.

5. Pay Cycle

Specify up to twenty 2-character pay cycles side by side to print.

6. Information

Specify whether to print General or Pay cycle information.

7. Include

If pay cycle information was entered in field #6, this field is skipped. Specify whether to print employee Address, Phone number, Social security number and/or pay Change information.

8. Scope

If general information was entered in field #6, this field is skipped. Specify whether to print Summary or Detail information.

9. Status

Specify whether to print Active or Terminated employees.

10. Skip

Specify the number of lines to skip between employees (0-9).
