Alert Control Center

How to

Use the Alert Control Center (ACC) to review, respond to, or dismiss (delete) alerts for a specific user.

You should always delete alerts that you have addressed or have acknowledged but do not need to do anything about. Keeping this ACC list clean and small helps ensure that you notice important issues as they arise. If the list gets lengthy, it’s more likely that you will miss something or stop reviewing the list altogether.

The ACC includes a Close All button that closes (deletes) all of the alerts currently displayed at the time Close All is selected and a Close (X) button that closes the alert highlighted in the browser.

The Alert Codes drop down at the top of the ACC allow you to limit the results by alert code. Additionally, you can re-sort the list by any of the columns. By default, the items are sorted by descending date, with the most recent issues appearing at the top of the list.

In the browser in the lower portion of the screen, the system displays the alert code, description, status, open/close dates, whether the alert is actionable and the display message for the alert.
