The Close Service Lines program allows an easier way to close multiple service tickets on the same document during Confirmation Entry or Direct Invoice Entry .
This program is accessible from the Options menu of the Confirmation Entry or Direct Invoice Entry programs in the Sales Orders module. You can select Options>Close Service Lines after you have completed line-item entry.
In the browser, the program displays all of the service ticket lines associated with the sales order document.
You can click Close All Lines to close all service lines in the browser or highlight a service ticket line and click Close to close the selected ticket line.
If there are any exceptions, they will be noted and note closed, otherwise the tickets will be closed. You can deal with any exceptions by going into parts entry, time entry, or work to be performed.

Time Entry to enter/modify technician time;

Work to display/modify the work to be performed on the service ticket line.
