Use these fields to set up and organize multiple terms codes.
1-6. Terms Code/Description
Specify a terms code — type 1-4 — that you want to display in the SO ending routines. Press F2 to search the Accounts Receivable Terms Code F/M. Press Enter or Tab to jump to the description field.
Specify up to 10 characters in the description field. Press Enter to move to the next line.
You must specify at least one term code and description to this program or users will not be able to create documents in Direct Invoice Entry, Counter Sale Entry, Confirmation, Service Order Entry and Credit Memo Entry.
Once you have the codes entered, you can move them around, delete them or insert new ones. Specify I-Insert, M-Move or D-Delete.
To insert entries: You must have at least one line unassigned. Select the line where you want to insert a code. Specify I and then press Enter. Specify the new code and description.
To delete entries: Use your arrow keys to select the line you want to delete. Specify D and press Enter. FACTS displays a message asking if you are sure you want to this line. Specify N to cancel. Type in YES to delete the line.
To move entries: Use your arrow keys to select the line you want to move. Specify M and press Enter. Arrow up or down to select the new line. Press Enter.
