Exporting enhanced grids and list boxes to Excel®

If your user code profile includes the Export to Excel security setting in User Code F/M, you have the option to examine the contents of  FACTS enhanced grids and list boxes in an Excel spreadsheet.

To export enhanced grid or list box contents to Excel:

1. Open a program with an enhanced grid or list box, such as the Buyers Control Center Detail (POE405) screen or the Customer Returns Quick Entry (SOE810) screen.

2. Populate the enhanced grid and list box with the information you want.

3. Right-click and select Export current contents to Excel. FACTS automatically formats the results and sets up column headers in Excel.
