Use the programs on the Job Cost Inquiry menu to view current and past job cost information by job number.
These Inquiries are available in the Job Cost module.
Job Inquiry (JCI610), which is used to view job cost information by the job number selected. Information includes general, codes, estimate, transaction activity, invoices, open PO's, and job notes.
Past Job Inquiry (JCI620), which is used to view past job cost information (only those jobs that had the store history flag set to Y in the header record when the Job Completion & Removal Register was updated) by the job number selected. Information includes general, codes, estimate, and transaction activity.
