The End-of-Period Update zeros out job month-to-date totals and closes out the current job cost period. The program adds the total cost and bill amount for the current period, updates the month-to-date totals in jobs file, changes the current period, and updates the job cost nonstatic control record date of last EOP update.
Specify Y or N to indicate whether all of the end-of-period reports have been run. This program resets month-to-date totals in the job file, so if reports have not been run specify N.
