The Office Automation inquiries allow you to perform office and personal phone-number alpha searches, view information about employees and see who is signed out. These programs are on the OA Inquiries menu.
1. Phone Directory Search, which is used to display office and personal phone number information in alphabetical order.
2. Sign Out Board, which is used to display information on employees who have (or have been) signed out in employee order.
3. Employee Inquiry, which is used to display employee information in employee order.
