Before printing a Work in Progress report, print the Service Status Report to obtain a list of service tickets per technician. To print a report of work in progress, indicate whether you want to print the report Ticket number, Customer or Priority order. Specify the beginning and ending order choices. Indicate whether to include equipment description and serial number information. Click OK to print the report.
