Using reports

Use these fields to create the Recurring/Reversing/Allocating Print.

1. Entry Type

Specify whether to print C-recurring, V-reversing, or A-allocating entries. Press Enter to default to ALL.

2. Order

Specify the order for the report: U - User or J - Journal.

3. Beginning Journal

Specify the beginning journal number to print.  Press F2 to search

4. Ending Journal

Specify the ending journal to print.

If the Beginning Journal and Ending Journal values (
fields #2-3) are the same, then you must enter Beginning and Ending Entry numbers (fields #4-5); otherwise, you can skip these fields.

5. Beginning Entry Number

Specify the beginning entry number to print.  

6. Ending Entry Number

Specify the ending entry number to print.  

If you selected user for the Order, complete these fields.

7. Show

Select whether to include only lines with user codes, lines with or without users codes, or only lines with no user code.

8. Beginning User

Specify the beginning user code to print.  

9. Ending User

Specify the ending user code to print.
