Use these fields to print journal entries.
1. Order
Specify the order for the report: U - User or J - Journal.
2. Period
Specify the period for which to print (PP). This displays the period, ending date, and whether the period entered is a prior period. Press Enter to default to the current period. Press F2 to select the last period closed. Periods prior to the last closed period can be entered.
3. Beginning Journal
Specify the beginning journal number to print.
4. Ending Journal
Specify the ending journal number to print.
5. Beginning Journal Entry Date
Specify the beginning journal entry date to print. Press Enter to default to the last day of the selected period.
6. Ending Journal Entry Date
Specify the ending journal entry date to print. Press Enter to default to the last day of the selected period. If the Beginning and Ending Journal fields (#2-3) were the same, then you must enter beginning and Ending Entry numbers (fields #6-7); otherwise, they are skipped.
7. Beginning Entry Number
Specify the beginning entry number to print.
8. Ending Entry Number
Specify the ending entry number to print.
If you selected user for the Order, complete these fields.
9. Show
Select whether to include only lines with user codes, lines with or without users codes, or only lines with no user code.
10. Beginning User
Specify the beginning user code to print.
11. Ending User
Specify the ending user code to print.
