Use these fields to print Yearly Journal Print.
1. Order To Print
Specify whether to print in U- user,J-journal or P-period order. Press Enter to default to J.
2. Beginning Period
Specify the beginning period to print. The entry must be a closed period containing journal history.
3. Ending Period
Specify the ending period to print. The entry must be a closed period containing journal history. Press Enter to default defaults to LAST.
4. Beginning Journal
Specify the beginning journal to print.
5. Ending Journal
Specify the ending journal to print. Press Enter to default LAST.
If Beginning and Ending Journal fields (#4-5) are the same, then you must enter the Beginning and Ending Entry fields (#6-7); otherwise, you can skip these fields.
6. Beginning Entry Number
Specify the beginning entry number to print.
7. Ending Entry Number
Specify the ending entry number to print.
If you selected user for the Order, complete these fields.
8. Show
Select whether to include only lines with user codes, lines with or without users codes, or only lines with no user code.
9. Beginning User
Specify the beginning user code to print.
10. Ending User
Specify the ending user code to print.
