Using File Maintenances

File maintenance programs are normally used during installation and setup. If changes need to be made to file maintenance once FACTS goes live, contact your local FACTS Affiliate.

Most of the Job Cost File Maintenance programs must be set up for the module to operate properly.

These programs are available in the Job Cost File Maintenance menu.

Cost Code F/M (JCF910),which is used to create and maintain cost codes, which represent tasks and materials required to complete various jobs.

Past Job Removal (JCU910),which is used to remove past job history based on job number, warehouse, customer number, manger and date.
