EWMS processing

The Production Entry (MCE130) program checks to determine if the production ticket you are going to change has been received by Radio Beacon. If it has you will not be able to modify it, if it has not, the system sends a ‘nuke’ record to Radio Beacon causing this ticket to be removed. Then reprint it to send to Radio Beacon.
