OA Messages

The Office Automation Messages subsystem allows users to send phone and/or general messages to employees set up in the OA system. It also lets users view messages they sent to another employee and either update or delete these messages.

These programs are on the OA Messages menu.

1. Phone Message Entry, which is used to enter, update, send or delete phone messages for employees.

2. General Message Entry, which is used to enter, update, send or delete general messages for employees.

3. Message Viewing/Disposition, which is used to read, send or delete phone and/or general messages for employees.
