Planned Special Order PO Entry (POE110) field descriptions

Use these fields to enter a planned special order PO.

1. Warehouse

Specify the warehouse code where you receive the items on this purchase order.

2. Vendor

Specify the vendor.

The system displays the line item browser with any existing planned special order items. The quantity (units), unit of measure, order and line number, serial/lot indicator, and priority are displayed. Item quantities, any requirements, buying targets (dollars and pounds), costs, and weights are displayed in the lower portion of the screen. For new planned special order POs, click Add to add line items.

Add line-items

In the Order field, specify the sales order number that you want to use to add the line item. Click the lookup to search sales orders with special order items. After you select the sale order to use, the line number, units and item information are displayed. Click Inquiry to view restocking information, usage, inventory quantities, and past purchase information for the item. Click OK to end entries.

If a sales order is on hold, you cannot import special order lines from the sales order.
