Use this program to obtain a detailed report of the data included on each proposal or contract. Report information includes the proposal/contract number, customer, effective date, expiration date, last billed date, reference, department, salesperson, terms, post date, and billing total. Detailed information, including preventative maintenance and meters, is printed for each piece of equipment.
Complete these actions to print the Proposal Listing. Indicate whether you want to print the listing in Document or Customer order. Specify the beginning and ending order choices. Indicate whether to include Equipment Parts, Labor, Preventative Maintenance, and/or Meter information. Specify the branch and expiration date cutoff. Click OK to print the report.
