Service Status Report (SRR720)

Use this program to obtain a list of service tickets per technician. Details include service ticket, customer, customer site, equipment, model, equipment description, status, assigned date, and assigned time. To print a service status report, indicate whether you want to print the report in Technician, Status or Service Item order. Specify the beginning and ending order choices. Click OK to print the report.
