Removing standard transfers

1. Select Inventory Control>File Maintenances> Standard Transfer Entry (ICE450).

2. Use the To and From warehouses prompts to display the standard transfer and click Remove From.

3. The Remove From window displays the To and From warehouses, and the lines that are currently on file for this selection.

4. Specify the To warehouse in the Remove From To-Warehouse prompt and the From warehouse location in the Remove From From-Warehouse prompt.

5. You have these options:

   • Check the Remove From All From-Warehouse box to remove the selected lines in the grid from all From warehouse locations for the Remove From To-Warehouse.
   • Check the Ignore Memo/Note Text box to retain any standard transfer memo and note lines, but remove the item lines.
   • Check the Ignore Quantity box to broaden the deletion process to include all standard transfer lines for the selected item, regardless of the quantity specified.
   • Check the Ignore UM box to broaden the deletion process to include all standard transfer lines for the selected item, regardless of the unit of measure specified.

6. In the grid check the Remove box for the lines you want to remove from the standard transfer file. Optionally click All or None to select/deselect all lines.

7. Click OK to remove the lines and return to Standard Transfer Entry.
