File maintenance programs enable you to enter, change and delete data in FACTS.

You may use some file maintenance programs often, such as Customer F/M, and there are others that you may only use during installation. We refer to the latter as Infrequent File Maintenances.

The AP File Maintenances menu contains:

Customer F/M (ARF910), which is used to create and maintain records in the customer file.
Ship-To F/M (ARF920), which is used to enter an unlimited number of ship-to addresses for each customer.
Payment History F/M (ARF930), which is used to create and maintain the payment history file so the system can gather past payment history on some or all customers.
Salesperson/Territory F/M (ARF935), which is used to create and maintain information on each salesperson and their territory.
Tax Table F/M (ARF940), which is used to o create and maintain the tax code file.
Tax Reporting F/M (ARF945), which is used to maintain sales tax reporting information in the sales tax file.
Transfer/Change Customer Codes (ARU910), which is used to change specific information in the customer file for a range of customers.
