Filter Values---if you want to limit the number of records that appear in the inquiry browser. Enter the keywords and/or class filter value.
Save Current Filter Values---Saves the current settings entered in the Filter Values dialog box.
Sync---You can select the icon to change or update the information displayed in this inquiry. When you use the Sync feature, the icon display changes to . Use this display to note whether your inquiry is in Sync mode. Inquiries are synchronized on a per user basis. In other words, if you are signed on to FACTS in one window with one name and signed on in another window with another name, it will appear as if the Sync function is not working. Displays all notes recorded for this vendor. Use this view to add, change or delete notes as well.
Inquiry Preferences---Accesses the Preferences dialog box. You can set the default search order. You search by Vendor # or Alphabetically by Vendor code. You set the current preference as the default and select to display the Vendor number, Alphabetic code and Contact code order—you can sort by the browser information by each of these characteristics via the Sort By menu.
Reset to System Defaults---Resets the inquiry preferences to the system default values.
View Preferences---Displays the View Preferences dialog box, which is used to select the Inquiry Tab buttons to display above the browser in the center of the screen.
