Use this program to print meter sheets. Meter sheets are an optional feature of Service and Repair. Meter sheets may be printed through a specified cutoff date. The meters selected for reading are chosen based upon the reading frequency code specified in the contracts for each piece of equipment. The technician would take the meter sheet on-site to obtain the reading or call each customer to take the reading by phone.
1. Beginning Customer
Enter the beginning customer to print. Enter (CR) defaults to FIRST.
2. Ending Customer
Enter the ending customer to print. Enter (CR) defaults to LAST.
3. Cutoff Date
Enter the cutoff date through which meters should be printed. Any meters that fall within the cutoff date will be printed.
4. Contact
Specify whether to print Contact 1, 2 or Both. Enter (CR) defaults to 1.
5. Item Description
Specify whether to print Description 1, 2 or Both. Enter (CR) defaults to 1.
6. Physical Location
Indicate whether to include physical location on the printout. If the customer has multiple pieces of equipment of the same type, physical location should be printed to ease identifying the equipment for reading purposes. Enter (CR) defaults to No.
7. Skip
Enter the number of lines to skip (0-9) between items. Enter (CR) defaults to O.
