Use this program to view all open Service Orders for a particular status. Once the tickets have been displayed, you can change the status, assign a technician to the order, display detailed ticket information, view the related equipment or inquire upon the status of the order.
1. Status
Enter the status code to inquire upon, press F2 to search for a specific code or press Enter (CR) to select ALL.
Once a status is displayed, the following options are available:

2. Choose a view.
Enter the display code to access Change Status, Assign Technician, Display Ticket, View Equipment, or Status Inquiry.
