1. Access this program selecting System Management-->Programs--> Message Entry.
2. In the Menu field, enter the name of the menu on which the message is to be displayed. The entry must be a valid menu name. Entry of a valid name displays the menu description. Press Enter (CR) to default to MMS000, which is the FACTS Master Menu.
3. In Date field, enter the date this message is to appear. Press Enter (CR) to default to system date. Press F3 to default to the first date on file for the menu displayed.
4. In the User Code field, enter the user code that must be in use for this message to be displayed. The entry must be a valid user code. Entry of a valid code displays the user’s name. Press Enter (CR) to default to ALL users. Press F3 to default to the first user code on file for the menu and date displayed.
5. In the Message (Lines 1-6) field, enter the message (up to 65 characters per line). Press F3 to end entry of the message.
6. When you are ready to exit the program, press F4.
