Equipment List (SRR710)

Use this program to obtain a report of all serviceable equipment by customer and customer site. Detailed equipment, warranty, and meter information is included, as well as, historical calls, sales and cost data.

Use the following fields to print a equipment list:

1. Order

Enter the print order: by Customer, Customer-Site, or Service Item. Enter (CR) defaults to Customer.

2. Beginning Order Choice

Enter the beginning order choice. Enter (CR) defaults to FIRST.

3. Ending

Enter the ending order choice. Enter (CR) defaults to LAST.

4. Service Item

Enter the service item. Enter (CR) defaults to ALL.

5. Model

Enter the model. Enter (CR) defaults to ALL.

6. Description

Indicate whether to include Description 1, 2 or Both. Enter (CR) defaults to Description 1.

7. Serial #

Indicate whether to include Serial number 1, 2 or Both. Enter (CR) defaults to Serial number 1.

8. Include

Indicate whether to include Physical Location, Vendor Information, Warranty Expiration Dates, and/or Meter Information. Enter (CR) defaults to NONE.

9. Statistics

Indicate whether to include Sales Statistics, Cost Statistics, and/or Call Statistics. Enter (CR) defaults to NONE.

10. Status

Indicate whether to include Active, Inactive, or All equipment records. Enter (CR) defaults to ALL.

11. Skip

Enter the number of lines to skip between records (0-9). Enter (CR) defaults to 0.
