Keven Harsh has been the senior technical support representative since the inception of Sequoia Group, Inc. He has been writing computer software since 1983, professionally since 1988. Keven is highly skilled in installing, training, supporting, and modifying the FACTS software system, having supported FACTS since version 5 in 1989. He has written hundreds of custom programs to enhance the FACTS system, with some of his code even included in the base FACTS software distributed by Infor. Keven’s proficiency with inventory management and other distribution principles has made him an invaluable asset to Sequoia Group. His experience spans from installing single-site systems to managing installations with hundreds of workstations.
