The Customer Inquiry displays various information about a customer and includes a search by contact. The information included is general, code, aging, open documents, detail documents, sales history, payment history, ship-to’s, notes, sales orders, paid documents, ledgercards, and equipment. You can also enter notes through this program.
The Document Inquiry displays detail documents including all transactions.
