Use this program to remove past job history based on job numbers, warehouse, customer number, manager and date.
Past job history is stored on file indefinitely. It can only be removed through this program. Past job information is stored for analysis and comparison.
The past job history file is used in the job cost Past Job Inquiry and is updated during the Job Completion & Removal Register.
1. Beginning Job #
Enter the number of the first job for which history is to be removed. Entering a valid job number displays the job name. Enter (CR) defaults to FIRST.
2. Ending Job #
Enter the number of the last job for which history is to be removed. Entering a valid job number displays the job name. Enter (CR) defaults to LAST.
3. Warehouse
Enter a valid warehouse code for which jobs are to be removed. Entering a valid warehouse code displays the warehouse description. Enter (CR) defaults to ALL.
4. Customer
Enter a valid customer number for which jobs are to be removed. Entering a valid customer number displays the customer name. Enter (CR) defaults to ALL.
5. Manager
Enter a valid manager/estimator code for which jobs are to be removed. Entering a valid manager/estimator code displays the manager/estimator name. Enter (CR) defaults to ALL.
6. Cutoff Date
Enter the completion date of the job to remove through. Records that contain completion dates after the cutoff date will not be removed. Enter (CR) defaults to no cutoff.
