Use this program to remove completed jobs from the job file, store the job history and purge the job cost system of any unneeded sort records.
This register provides a complete breakdown of all information for the jobs in the job cost jobs file.
Report information includes job number, name and memo, customer number and name, status, hold indication, and broken down by cost type: each cost code and each transaction including source code, posting date, units and unit of measure, cost rate and extension, billing rate and extension, cost code, transaction billed status, and posting memo. the complete header and detail information from Job Entry are also Included on the report.
1. Order
Enter whether to print in J-job number, M-manager, C-customer number, or K-job class order. Enter (CR) defaults to J.
2. Beginning Order Choice
Select the beginning order choice to print.
3. Ending Order Choice
Select the ending order choice to print.
4. Warehouse
Enter a valid warehouse code from which the jobs were created from. Entering a valid warehouse code displays the warehouse description. Enter (CR) defaults to the warehouse assigned to the terminal. F3 defaults to ALL.
5. Customer
Enter a valid customer number to which the jobs were sold. Entering a valid customer displays the customer name. Enter (CR) defaults to ALL.
6. Status
Enter whether to print jobs which are A-active, C-cost complete, and/or B-bill complete. Enter (CR) defaults to B which displays a message indicating the optional update will be available at the end of the register.
7. New Page?
Enter N or Y to indicate whether to print a new page for each job. Enter (CR) defaults to N.
8. Check Report. Do You Wish To Remove Records Just Printed?
Verify the report. Enter YES or N to indicate whether to remove the records just printed on the register.
