Rolodex Customer Card Print (ARP720)

Using Reports

Use this program to print customer Rolodex cards from the information stored in the customer file.

Rolodex card information includes

  • customer number
  • customer name
  • address
  • phone number
  • customer number (optional)
  • Contact 1 or 2 (optional)

 

For information on form sizes, contact your Affiliate.

If you would like to print an alignment (test print), select Print Options-->Alignment from the menu bar. Character users can enter A at the selection prompt.

Access this program by choosing Accounts Receivable-->Reports & Prints-->Rolodex Customer Card Print.

To print Customer Rolodex Cards:

 

1. Enter the order in which to print the report information. Options are Customer, Alpha, Salesperson/territory and Customer Class (K). The program defaults to C.

2. Select the beginning order choice to print. For instance, if you set the report to print in Customer order, select the first customer that should appear. Press F1 to default to FIRST.  

3. Select the ending order choice to print. For instance, if you set the report to print in Customer order, select the last customer that should appear. Press F1 to default LAST.  

4. Enter the branch or branches that you want to include. The branch or branches you enter must be valid in the system. The program defaults to the branch assigned to the terminal. Press F1 to default to ALL.   

5. If you selected an order other than alpha in the first field, leave unselected or Y to indicate whether to sort customers alphabetically within the print order. If tiy selected alpha in the first field, the program skips this field. The program defaults to unselected.

6. Enter the number of cards to print for each customer (1-99). The program defaults to 1.

7. Indicate the customer statuses that you want to include. The options are Active or Inactive customers on the report. The program defaults to ALL.

8. Select OK or press Enter (CR) to run the report.
