Use this program to print a list of all jobs and their status in the jobs file.
Run this report prior to using the Job Completion Entry. It provides the information needed to make accurate completion percentage entries.
Report information includes: job number and name, customer name, manager, estimated completion date and total cost, actual start date and total cost, calculated (by cost to date divided by estimate total cost) and actual completion percentage, date the last actual completion percentage was entered, and blanks for the new percentage of completion, new date, and status. The total number of jobs listed is also included.
1. Order
Select whether to print in J-job number, M-manager, C-customer number, or K-job class order. Press Enter (CR) to default to J-job number.
2. Beginning Order Choice
Select the beginning order choice to print. Press Enter to start with the first code on file for the selected print order choice. Press F1 to default to ALL.
3. Ending Order Choice
Select the ending order choice to print. Press Enter to start with the last code on file for the print order choice. Press F1 to default to ALL.
4. Warehouse
Enter a valid warehouse code from which the jobs were created from. Entering a valid warehouse code displays the warehouse description. Press Enter (CR) to default to the warehouse assigned to the terminal. Press F1 to default to ALL.
5. Customer
Enter a valid customer number to which the jobs were sold. Entering a valid customer displays the customer name. Press F1 to default to ALL.
6. Status
Enter whether to print jobs that are A-active, C-cost complete, or B-bill complete. Press F1 to default to ALL.
7. Completion Cutoff
Enter the completion cutoff date to print. This is the date of the actual completion of the job and jobs with a date prior to or equal to the entered date are included. Press Enter to start with the last date on file. Press Enter (CR) or F1 to default to NO CUTOFF.
