Use this program to obtain a list of service tickets currently in the service cycle. Before printing a Work in Progress report, print the Service Status Report to obtain a list of service tickets per technician.
1. Order
Indicate whether you want to print the report Ticket number, Customer or Priority order. Enter (CR) defaults to Ticket number.
2. Beginning Order Choice
Enter the beginning order choice. Enter (CR) defaults to FIRST.
3. Ending Order Choice
Enter the ending order choice. Enter (CR) defaults to LAST.
4. Include
Indicate whether to includes equipment description and serial number information. Enter (CR) defaults to No.
