Document Removal Register (APR850) Field Descriptions

How To

To run the Document Removal Register:

1. Enter the Branch code or codes.

2. Print the register.

Click OK in the main report window. Click OK at the End of Register message.

3. Check the register output and indicate whether or not you want to remove the documents on the output.

At the "Check Register. Remove these Records?" message, click OK to remove the documents that appear on the register output. Click Cancel to abort the update and leave the documents in the system. At the "Update Not Run" message, click OK.
