Work Ticket Print (SRP210)

Use this program to print/reprint work tickets of orders entered through the Service Order Entry program. The work ticket includes all pertinent order header and line-item information, including the problem description, repair parts, work to be performed and technician information.

Some work ticket print parameters are determined in the SR Document Print Control , including depth of the pick ticket, whether the form is preprinted, and the standard memo.

Ü To print an alignment, select Print Options-->Print Alignment in graphical mode, or select A in character.

Use the following fields to print a work ticket:

1. Print/Reprint

Choose whether to Print or Reprint documents. If you choose a document If a document has been printed once, it can only be reprinted. Enter (CR) defaults to P.

3. Warehouse

Enter up to 20 two-character warehouse codes side by side to indicate the warehouse(s) for which pick tickets are to be printed. All pick tickets will print for warehouses printing consolidated (both shipping and initiating) or shipping (refer to the Pick Ticket Print flag in the IC Warehouse F/M). Only valid warehouse codes are accepted. Enter (CR) defaults to the warehouse assigned to the terminal. F3 defaults to ALL.

4. Cutoff Date

Enter the date through which orders should print; i.e., orders with a request date after the cutoff date entered are not printed. Enter (CR) defaults to system date.

5. Type

Enter whether to print Non-remote (regular) orders, Remote orders or All documents. Enter (CR) defaults to N.

6. Document Number

Enter the document number(s) to (re)print (up to 6 digits). The entry must be a valid document number. If printing, Enter (CR) defaults to ALL orders not yet printed. If reprinting, Enter (CR) defaults to all orders in the Reprint File. If the document entered is the incorrect type or status, a message is displayed and the entry is not accepted (this includes confirmed, voided, deleted or not yet printed orders).

Press F2 to Search for a document number.

Press F3 to back up to the previous cell and delete the previous document number.

Ü If you enter a duplicate document number, the system asks you if you want to remove the duplicate from the list. Choose Yes to remove it. Choose No to cancel the entry and choose another document number.

7. Line number

This field is only available when you are reprinting documents. Use this to print a single service ticket attached to a service order
