The Estimating system is an optional feature of the FACTS job cost system. The Estimating menu enables you to enter, correct, print, list and remove estimates. Estimates may also be converted into jobs automatically.
Use this program to enter job estimates into the system. Estimates can be created for existing customers or prospects and include information on costs, prices, the person to whom the estimate was given and the person who created the estimate. If the customer accepts the estimate, FACTS can convert it to a job.
Use this program to print estimates to plain paper or preprinted forms.
Generate a list of estimates on file in the system.
Remove old estimates from the system and estimates that have been converted to jobs.
