The Office Automation Messages subsystem allows users to send phone and/or general messages to employees set up in the OA system. It also lets users view messages they sent to another employee and either update or delete these messages.
1. The Phone Message Entry program allows you to enter, update, send or delete phone messages for employees.
2. The General Message Entry program allows you to enter, update, send or delete general messages for employees.
3. The Message Viewing/Disposition program allows you to read, send or delete phone and/or general messages for employees.
